BizBuz measures whether AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude know and recommend a Belgian business, and hands the owner a concrete list of what needs doing.
BizBuz is a Belgian scan that measures how visible a business is to AI assistants. Where people used to search on Google, they now ask ChatGPT or Perplexity which baker or plumber to call — and those assistants name two or three businesses. BizBuz checks a website and a Google Business Profile on 129 points, puts the question to three assistants, and delivers the result as a work list in plain language: what's wrong, how urgent it is, and who should fix it.
BizBuz is a Belgian scan that measures how visible a business is to AI assistants, built for small self-employed people who spend little time on their website or Google profile. Where customers used to search on Google, they now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity directly which baker, plumber or pizzeria to pick. The assistant answers with two or three names; whoever isn't in that answer doesn't exist in that conversation. BizBuz checks a website and a Google Business Profile on 129 points, asks three assistants the questions a real customer would ask, and delivers the result not as a score but as a work list: what needs doing, ordered by urgency, in language a chip shop owner understands, noting for each point whether you can do it yourself or need your web developer. One scan costs 39 euro, no subscription and no contract. BizBuz is an initiative of Festina Lente bv.

Behind the product
BizBuz was built by Christophe Berton from Malvoisin, in the Ardennes. The trigger was mundane: neighbours running good businesses who turned out to be invisible online the moment you asked an AI, while their customers were perfectly happy. The product is deliberately built for people with neither the time nor the appetite to spend evenings on a website — what comes out is a list of work, not a dashboard.
“A shop owner has no use for a score out of a hundred. He wants to know what to do tomorrow, and whether he can do it himself or needs to make a call.”
